Our Mandate
Pioneering Martial Arts Across Western Nepal
Lumbini Province Taekwondo Association (LPTA) is the officially recognized provincial sports body affiliated with the Nepal Taekwondo Association (NTA) and the National Sports Council (NSC).
Governing 12 district chapters — Rupandehi, Dang, Banke, Bardiya, Kapilvastu, Palpa, Gulmi, Arghakhanchi, Pyuthan, Rolpa, Eastern Rukum, and Nawalparasi West — our federation unifies over 50 accredited dojangs and thousands of dedicated athletes.
Core Federation Objectives
- Organize the annual Lumbini Provincial Taekwondo Championship.
- Conduct official Kukkiwon Dan promotion examinations and record keeping.
- Certify and maintain referee rosters adhering to World Taekwondo rules.
- Prepare provincial squads for National Games and international selections.
